The 23rd Annual Day of Caring was May 14, 2019. It was the biggest event in the history of the Day of Caring with 284 youth volunteers joining forces with 1,337 volunteers (1,621 volunteers) to complete over 173 community improvement projects within Jackson County. Projects were completed throughout the county including: Brownstown, Crothersville, Freetown, Medora, Norman and Seymour. Thank you to our sponsors and volunteers!

Plan to join us as a Day of Caring corporate group or individual volunteer or submit a project request. Individual assistance projects will be considered if recommended through a local non-profit organization. Day of Caring is funded through in-kind and monetary donations along with support of the annual JCUW campaign. It is the support of our community that allows the Day of Caring to grow year after year.
